Thank you for your interest in a vacation rental on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire!

The two Oak Landing West properties — known as Battsford and the Manor House — offer expansive lake views and access in a private wooded setting. Few places on the lake offer the quiet and seclusion of these rustic cabin homes, though shopping, activities, and restaurants are just a short distance away.

Boats up to 25′ can be accommodated at our dock.  Fishing is excellent from the jetty or dock. Kayaks are available.  Private tennis court and horseshoe pits are located on the property.  For hikers, the Ossipee mountains offer dozens of hikes featuring dense forest, hidden waterfalls, and rock ledges with breathtaking views of the lake.  Most of the trails are within a 20-30 minute drive.

After a day filled with your favorite activities, enjoy a beautiful sunset and listen as quiet falls over the lake. The night skies are dazzling; book early to catch the Perseids meteor shower in mid-August.  Star gazing is best from the open meadow next to the tennis court.
